About Dr Rajibul Hasan:
Dr Rajibul Hasan is an assistant professor of marketing and programme director of MSc Marketing at Maynooth University, Ireland. He is also the founder of the research and methodology website: https://scales4research.com/. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Rennes School of Business, France. In Rennes, he was a principal investigator of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) consumer behaviour research centre. He completed his PhD from the University of Kent, UK, in the area of marketing. He specializes in understanding consumer behaviour and innovation adoption. He has published in academic journals including Tourism Management, Journal of Public Policy and Marketing, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Business Research, Computer in Human Behaviour, and Journal of Marketing Management and Strategic Change.
About Dr Mustafeed Zaman:
Dr Mustafeed Zaman is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Marketing, EM Normandie Business School, France. He has obtained his PhD from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Perpignan, France. During his PhD, he was doing research on “Website Innovativenss and Technology Adoption in the SMEs”. Currently, Dr Zaman is working on : Technology Adoption, Digitalization of Services, AI, Travel, Tourism & Hospitality. His recent research has been published in Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Journal of Sustainable Tourism, Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Management, International Journal of Culture, Tourism and Hospitality Research, European Journal of Tourism Research, Worldwide Hospitality and Tourism Themes, among others. He also serves as a reviewer of several
international journals. Previously, Dr Zaman worked at EDHEC Business School, Excelia Group – La Rochelle Business School & University of Paris Descartes. He also worked as a Consultant in Revenue Management.
